Not only are they incredibly handy and pocket-sized, they also come in eight tasty flavours. Our favourites include the vegan-friendly Lemon & Pistachio – made using raw pitted dates, cashews and coconut – and Cacao & Orange and Cherry Bakewell, which you can get at David Lloyd gyms.
