BESTFIT TV is back! Yep, our groundbreaking 10-part TV weekly health and fitness show returns to your screens next week!
The latest series, which is designed to help keep the nation active and healthy, returns next Monday at 8pm and can be viewed on FreeSports via Freeview, Sky, Virgin and BT TV. The aim, just like with the magazine, is to help motivate the masses into taking more of an interest into their overall health, fitness and wellbeing.
Presenters Faris Fisher and Laura Crane (pro surfer, Love Island 2018) reveal health/fitness hacks and explore the many ways and places we can stay active.
Episode one features a trip to Club la Santa in Lanzarote to sample the range of activities on offer. We also meet Ruth – mum of two – who is taking on a 10-week transformation to loose 10kg with the help of her PT and the new Shapewatch app. Laura meets Leeds Rhino star Stevie Ward and joins him for a training session, and also gets cooked for by Matt Parcell in our viewers’ cooking feature. BESTFIT mag columnist Ben Coomber joins us to discuss all things protein, the first in his series of slots in which he shows us how to eat better with a range of healthy tips and easy-to-make meals.
Laura spends a lot of series 2 training with other guest athletes which, alongside Ward, include Aimee Fuller, Sheli McCoy and Carly Booth.
