#StayHomeStayFit with live daily workouts on FreeSports and expert tips on nutrition and wellbeing.

As of Monday April 20th, we have partnered up with FreeSports to bring live 20-minute workouts to your TV screens each weekday morning at 8am. All advertising revenue generated from each programme will be donated to the NHS staff on the frontline of the coronavirus pandemic.

Fitness coaches from all over the world, like Caroline Pearce, Leon Bustin of ‘TheLeanMachines’ and Alexandra Legouix, provide a wide variety of workouts for all fitness levels and preferences. Our new daily TV show in aid of the NHS aims to encourage people of all ages to participate in 20-minute home workouts and to stay active during the Coronavirus lockdown straight from their living room.

The show will also provide expert tips from:
– Performance Nutritionist Ben Coomber
– Stress Management & Holistic Performance Coach Alice Law and
– Children’s Consultant Chris Sharman
for lockdown survival including topics on mental health and wellbeing, working from home, nutrition and keeping the kids engaged.

The show is repeated daily at 4pm and episodes are also available on our YouTube channel and IGTV.

FreeSports is available free to air on Sky HD (422), Virgin TV HD (553), Freeview (64), Freesat (252), TalkTalk/BT (64) and online via the FreeSports Player at www.freesportsplayer.tv.
