Currently on the second half of BESTFIT TV Series 2, we are celebrating record-breaking viewership! We cannot thank you enough for the support you’ve shown us!

Episode 7 aired this week and the way you responded to our weekly health and fitness tv show exceeded our expectations. We are beyond grateful for that! We try our best and it apparently pays off. The amount of messages we receive on a daily basis is overwhelming and we appreciate your feedback so much!

Our last episode was an absolute success! We went “Out and About” at the Fitness Success Obstacle Gym in Leeds where Faris got treated to a fun obstacle course, suitable for all family members. It was an activity that both kids and adults enjoyed!

Ruth is now in week 7 of her transformation. She suffered from a shoulder injury, so Adam reduced weight training and created a HIIT workout that pushed this lovely lady to her limits. Ruth keeps track of her progress using the Shapewatch app.

PT and Love Island star Jack Fowler co-presented and demonstrated a full body workout using the Tribar kettlebell. Then, he met with Arsenal’s playmaker Jordan Nobbs, this week’s Athlete feature. They discussed rupturing her knee ligament (ACL) and missing the World Cup. She also guided us through a 5-exercise circuit tailored for knee injuries at Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing Gym St Albans.

Your favourite nutritionist, Ben Coomber, talked macros and micros and how important it is to be aware of what goes into your body. Later, our viewer Sophie Watkins joined him to cook a healthy version of fish and chips.

Next week, we give Rebounding a try with Faris’s co-presenters, the Townsend Twins, and Ruth is 8 weeks into her transformation. We also discuss how easy it is to create your own home gym with Powerhouse Fitness as well as useless supplements with Ben Coomber. Finally, for our cooking feature, PT Drew reveals the secret for delicious turkey burgers.
