INGREDIENTS
170ml of GROUNDED® Choc PROTEIN M*lkshake
175g self-raising flour
1 tsp. melted coconut oil
1 tsp. chia seeds
Optional 1 tbsp. cacao powder
Fresh berries to decorate
METHOD
Stir all the ingredients together to form a smooth, thick batter
Melt a little coconut oil in a pan over a medium heat
Once warm, spoon a large tablespoon of the batter into the pan
Cook on one side for 3-4 minutes then flip
Drizzle with maple syrup & top with fresh berries
