In June this year it will be the ten-year anniversary of my 7 pounds in 7 days, Juice Master Diet. The very book that knocked The Da Vinci Code off top spot is still the most successful juicing book to date, so I wanted to share a few of my favourite recipes.

Instructions: Juice the lot and pour over ice!
Instructions: Juice the apple and the pineapple. Pour the juice into a blender along with the yoghurt, banana and spirulina. Blend until smooth.
Instructions: Juice the apples, spinach, celery, cucumber, lime and pineapple. Scoop out the avocado flesh and pop into the blender along with the ice and freshly extracted juice. Give it a whiz for approximately 45 seconds or until smooth. Then simply pour and enjoy!
Even if you don’t try to lose weight, you should consider incorporating them in your diet because they are really healthy and full of nutrients.
