Our first guest athlete for BESTFIT TV Series 2 was professional rugby league player, Stevie Ward, who plays for Leeds Rhinos.

Laura Crane had the pleasure of sitting down with Stevie for an interview. They talked career highlights, injuries and rehabilitation as well as the importance of stretching.

Then, they went to the gym for a savage workout. Stevie shared 5 key exercises that are part of rugby players’ fitness routine. Lots of weight training and powerful, explosive movements. You can see the full workout in the video above.
