If, like us, you;re clinging on to summer for dear life, you’ll find these juices healthy, tasty and perfect for entertaining

Healthy MojitoHealthy Mojito

  • 1 lime (peeled)
  • 2 handfuls of fresh mint leaves
  • 4 handfuls of green seedless grapes
  • 1 small handful of crushed ice cubes

How to make: 

Line the inside of a tall glass with a handful of mint leaves and fill with crushed ice. Put the grapes into your juicer with the lime and a handful of mint. Turn your juicer onto the slowest speed setting and push through slowly. Pour slowly into your glass, garnish with a lime wedge and some mint leaves and serve with a straw. Perfection!

Summer SlimmerSummer Slimmers

  • 1 Pink Lady apple
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1 stick of celery
  • 3cm piece of raw ginger root
  • Ice cubes

How to make:  Put the apple into the chute, followed by the other ingredients. Juice the lot! Pour over ice.

 

Sun Kissed Shake

  • Sun Kissed Shake1/4  pineapple
  • 1/2 mango (ripe, peeled & pitted)
  • 1 orange (peeled)
  • 1/2 lime (peeled)
  • 1 handful strawberries
  • Ice cubes

How to make: Juice the pineapple (no need to peel if you have a good juicer), mango and orange. Pour the fresh juice into the blender with the strawberries, ice and squeeze in the lime. Blend until smooth.
