News: Berries for Brain Health

Summer is (almost) in sight and we can start to get excited about fresh British berries, especially having just learned of the benefits they offer for our brains. Research has found that consuming mixed berries in the morning could sustain or improve cognitive function for up to six hours after consumption. This means better brain function and less of the afternoon slump that we’re all so familiar with. Bring on the sunshine, we say!
