Challenge time! this month, bestfit reader natalie haselden has submitted a simple yet intense circuit. the aim? to complete as many rounds as you can in five minutes.
“I use to weigh 15.5 stone and I wanted to join the army,” writes Natalie. “My dad got me into interested in exercising and by the age of 16, I’d joined my local gym and noticed the difference straight away.
“I started working at the gym in my teens and have been working in fitness for ever since, which is seven years, including spin, insanity, step and circuit classes. I am currently training to compete in UKBFF next year for bikini fitness and I’m sponsored by Discounted supplements. I go to the gym six days a week and split my training by fasted cardio in the morning and weights in the evening.”
